In the past, Installmates™ has brought you reliable toners and coax mappers, and now offers the EZ Checker! If you want to test and troubleshoot multiple types of cable with a compact tool that can easily fit into your pocket, the EZ Checker is a must have.

Tests Signal Pins

The EZ Checker tests all signals pins of F, RJ12, and RJ45 cables and provides a visual display for the quality and condition of the cable that you’re working with. Cable continuity testing and troubleshooting has never been easier!

Multi-Function Testing

Not only does the EZ Checker test F, RJ12 and RJ45 cables, it also can connect to BNC and USB cables via the included adapters.

Built-In Remote

The EZ Checker testing remote is built into the tester, and can be removed with a simple push. Insert the desired cable connector ends into the remote and the tester. The auto-on feature will automatically test the continuity of the cable.

LED Indicator

Once you’ve performed the test, the results will appear on the face of the tester via marked LED lights. These LED indicator lights are also located on the remote face for results at either end of the cable.

9V Battery

All that is needed to operate the EZ Checker is a standard 9V battery. The automatic “ON” feature ensures that the battery life is extended by eliminating the option of leaving the tester on by accident. Never attach to a live cable to the EZ Checker, as it can cause damage to the tester.
