Terms & Conditions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You represent and warrant that:

You are using your actual identity and any information you provide is accurate and complete;
You are legally authorized to use the payment methods stored;
Your use of our site will not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations;

Dealer Registration, Payment Terms & Conditions

Any company interested in becoming an authorized Skywalker dealer must complete a simple online application. Once the application is completed, a Skywalker Customer Service Representative will follow up within 3 working days after the application has been processed. Terms can be requested at the end of the application process or at any time thereafter by completing the form available from our website www.skywalker.com.. Terms are based on credit reports, bank & trade-references, and spending levels with Skywalker. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be placed on hold. Skywalker reserves the right to send any account more than 30 days past due to a collection agency. This could result in repayment though litigation and attorney fees. Skywalker reserves the right to unilaterally deactivate any account at any time without notice. Skywalker accepts all major credit cards and allows payment by check with prior approval. We do not ship C.O.D. For any checks returned "Insufficient Funds" or for any other reason other than a bank error, Skywalker charges $25.00 per check. For any returned checks, the amounts will be added back to your account and charged interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2 %) per month, which is an annual rate of eighteen percent (18%) until the total amount of the check is paid in full. Should legal action be required to collect upon any check, Skywalker shall charge any and all costs incurred to the presenter of said check or the company on whose behalf the check was presented. The venue of any such legal action necessary to collect upon such debt shall lie in St. Charles County, State of Missouri, unless another venue is designated by Skywalker.

Information. You promise that the Payment Method and other information you provide is valid, accurate, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate Skywalker has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue or inaccurate, that you have otherwise acted in a fraudulent manner, or that your account is otherwise subject to fraud, Skywalker has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access to or use of Skywalker.com. Skywalker may suspend or terminate the account and the associated terms, and all the information contained within your account may be deleted permanently.
Storage/Revocation. You authorize Skywalker to retain and store your Payment Method information until such time you revoke this authorization by removing payment information. Your revocation of this authorization will have no effect on your liability for charges and fees that you have incurred in connection with your use of Skywalker prior to such revocation.
Authorization. When you supply Skywalker with a Payment Method, you authorize Skywalker to bill that Payment Method for any and all charges and fees incurred in connection with the purchase. The terms of your Payment Method are determined by an agreement(s) between you and your financial institution. You are responsible for any legal, regulatory, or banking penalties and fees that may be assessed for supplying false information to us for use with Skywalker.com.

Product Returns

Each product supplied by Skywalker has its own definitive warranty procedure and policy. General warranty information is provided on our website at www.skywalker.com. The warranty specifics can often be found in the product user manual or on the manufacturer's website.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required and can be requested by contacting Skywalker us at 1-800-844-9555 and ask for Customer Service. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the box and all products must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit. Skywalker does not ship "advanced" replacements. Defective items should be returned to us for processing and you may, at your option, order the product again. Returns must be sent to the address below:

Reminder, all returns must include the pre-assigned Return Authorization number. Skywalker does not reimburse shipping costs on products returned due to customer error.

Internet Sales

If you are not an approved e-tailer, you're strictly forbidden to sell our products online. Skywalker reserves the right to terminate all dealer privileges if any dealer is found in violation of these policies.

Price Protection

Skywalker may offer lower prices on various items on a promotional or permanent basis. Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer price protection on past orders if these changes occur.
