2-Piece Connector Design

These Construct Pro™ RJ45 connectors features a unique system that employs two pieces - a stagger loading bar and the connector body. The eight conductors are placed into the loading bar as a stopping point and cut flush, and the bar is placed within the plug assembly. Then, the connector is terminated as usual! The stagger loading bar isolates each wire conductor while maintaining the wiring configuration for a reliable signal and to help prevent crosstalk. This allows you to cut the wire conductors to size before they are lodged within the connector. Terminating Cat6 has never been this easy!
