Lutron® PD-5WS-DV-WH Caseta® Switch PRO Wireless 5 Amp Lighting & 3 Amp Fan RF On/Off Light Switch (White)

Now your customer can control their lights and fan from anywhere – whether they’re home or away. Caséta Wireless dimmers and switches install in minutes, work with numerous bulb types – including dimmable LEDs and CFLs, and bring the convenience of a connected home to your fingertips.

Caséta Wireless Switch PRO

The Switch PRO is ideal for controlling the on/off functions of lighting (5 amp) and general purpose fans (3 amp). It features dual voltage that works in both 120V and 277V applications. What’s more, it doesn’t require a neutral wire, and minimum load cap is including for switching LED, CFL, and ELV loads. Pico remotes or existing toggle switches can be used in multi-location switching applications.

UL Listed

The Caseta wireless setup works with energy efficient, dimmable light bulbs – UL Listed to dim over 500 different LED light bulbs. Patent-pending technology ensures superior performance with dimmable LEDs, as well as halogen and incandescent bulbs. You can even use different light bulb types with the same dimmer.

Clear Connect® RF Control

The Caséta Wireless family of Dimmers and Switches can be controlled directly and remotely when paired with Pico Remote Controls (sold separately) providing a system that delivers convenience and ease of installation. Caséta Wireless Dimmers and Switches use Lutron patented Clear Connect RF Technology which enables wireless communication with Pico Remote Controls and the Lutron Smart Bridge and Smart Bridge PRO. All this to ensure that the device works efficiently through walls and floors.

Caséta Wireless Range Extender

You can now use a plug-in lamp dimmer to extend the wireless range of your Caséta system by 30 feet. Choose the lamp dimmer to use as a range extender in the Lutron App under “Settings > Advanced”. It’s that simple! (Limit one range extender per system.)

Expanded Brand App Compatibility

Cross-system compatibility is the name of Lutron home automation. Now, you can add even more automation to the home by controlling lights, shades, ceiling fans, temperature and more with Samsung’s SmartThings app, Nest Home/Away assist, and HomeKit-enabled Hunter ceiling fans. Your customer can conveniently adjust at all right from their phone.

Key Design Features:	Tested to withstand electrostatic discharge without damage or memory loss, in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2. System Communications and Capacity:	CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switches and Dimmers communicate with PicoR remote controls and the LutronR Smart Bridge/Smart Bridge PRO through Radio Frequency (RF). The CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switches and Dimmers communicate with LutronR Radio Powr SavrT Occupancy and Vacancy Sensors in a standalone application. Sensors do not work with Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO. The CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switches and Dimmers must be located within 60 ft (18 m) line-of-sight or 30 ft (9 m) through walls, of PicoR remote controls and LutronR Smart Bridge devices.
Device Limits:	PicoR Remote Controls and Radio Powr SavrT Occupancy Sensors: up to 10 devices (total) may be paired to each CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switch/ Dimmer (with no Smart Bridge installed). Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO system: up to 50 total wireless devices (CasétaR Wireless Dimmers/Switches, PicoR Remote Controls, and Shades) are supported per system. Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO counts as one device.
Environment:	Ambient operating temperature: 32 °F to 104 °F (0 °C to 40 °C), 0%to 90% humidity, non-condensing. Indoor use only. PD-5WS-DV, PD-6ANS, and PD-10NXD can be used with mechanical switch in 3-way applications.
