Any company interested in becoming an authorized Skywalker dealer must complete a simple application via Skywalker.com. Once the application is filled out online, a Skywalker CSR (Customer Service Representative) will follow up within 3 business days after the application has been processed.

Skywalker accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No third party credit cards are accepted. We charge a $25.00 non-refundable fee for any checks returned for insufficient funds. Any checks returned which cannot be re-deposited or covered by wire draft will be added back to your account and charged interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2 %) per month, which is an annual rate of eighteen percent (18%) until the total amount of the check is paid in full. Should legal action be required to collect upon any check, Skywalker Communications shall charge any and all costs incurred to the presenter of said check or the company on whose behalf the check was presented. The venue of any such legal action necessary to collect upon such debt shall lie in St. Charles County, State of Missouri, unless another venue is designated by Skywalker.
Yes, in some cases we’re able to drop ship from the factory for you. There is a $25.00 fee per shipment for this process. Shipments addressed to any location other than the shipping address listed on the customer's account must be verified in writing, via email or fax. Customer assumes full responsibility for any charges that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Each product supplied by Skywalker has its own definitive warranty procedure and policy. General warranty information is provided on our website at www.skywalker.com. The warranty specifics can often be found in the product user manual or on the manufacturer's website.
Return Authorization (RA) number is required and can be requested by contacting Skywalker us at 1-800-844-9555 and ask for Customer Service. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the box and all products must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit. Skywalker does not ship "advanced" replacements. Defective items should be returned to us for processing and you may, at your option, order the product again. Returns must be sent to the address below:

Reminder, all returns must include the pre-assigned Return Authorization number. Skywalker does not reimburse shipping costs on products returned due to customer error.
Freight Damage Claims: Dealers must inspect delivered packages immediately upon receipt and refuse the shipment and/or report and note any shipping carton damage and note if the product appears damaged. Skywalker cannot recover damages from the freight carrier if a delivery signature is given without noting damage or calling the freight carrier immediately. Skywalker will be unable to honor any claims for freight damage when damaged packages are received without notification.
Refused Orders: Customers who refuse a shipment for any other reason than damage will be responsible for freight charges both originally to the customer and back to Skywalker.
